About Course

Mindfulness is about paying attention on purpose to the present moment, without any judgement, and just watching each moment as it unfolds. Mindfulness has many benefits at home, work, and in relationships. In this session you will learn the basics of mindfulness and how it can help you thrive at home and at work. You will be given the opportunity to try different experiential exercises in session and put them into practice at home.
