Mindful self-compassion is a key to a kinder workplace. When we learn to be kind to ourselves, we have the capacity to be kinder to others around us. This program will teach you what self-compassion truly means and how you can apply it to yourself and others. In this session you will learn how to be kinder to yourself and others and better manage unpleasant emotions, how to encourage yourself and others with compassion rather than judgement, debunk all the myths and misconceptions you may have about self-compassion.
