Saying “No” to requests or invitations has been a hard task for many people. Actually, saying “No” does not come naturally but just like any skill, can be learned. It is important to learn to say “No” to make more space for things that are important to us. In this session, you will learn how to say “No”, why it is hard to say “No”, what would happen if you said “Yes” all the time, and the benefits of saying “No”. Learning the skills of saying “No” can eventually improve your relationships and your mental health.
