Over the past 2 years, there has been many changes in our working lives. Working from home, flexible work, or going back to the office. Many people are working more than they used to or are having difficulties feeling motivated to get work done. These new challenges post threats to our well-being and might eventually lead to burnout. Burnout can happen to anyone and many of us might not even be aware. In this session you will learn about: The causes of burnout, recognising the symptoms, self-preservation, improving personal organisational skills, setting boundaries, and regaining motivation and energy.
