Coping with Change and Uncertainty

About Course
“Change is an inevitable part of life, never more so than today’s VUCA world. We face the unknown and have to deal with uncertainty whether we like it or not. The current global pandemic is a case in point: it reveals life’s unpredictability and its speed of its impact across our lives and economies. To cope with uncertainty, we often use worrying as a tool to help us avoid the possible nasty situations and think about the unpredictable consequences. But when the mind gets fixed on worry, it can cloud our thinking, heighten our anxiety, making it hard to find our footing. It is thus important to cope more effectively with change and uncertainty. This interactive workshop reinforces the resilience competencies by equipping the participants with techniques on how to cope with workplace change to enable them to continue to be productive and motivated. It supports them to identify where they are at, where they need to be, and how to get there, whilst navigating change and uncertainty.
