“This course focuses on acquiring skills and knowledge on onboarding service partners, gearing them up in through various interventions in order to meet expectations and close gaps after monitoring their performance with a long-term view to enhance touchpoints pertaining to product or service offerings, including customer experiences.
The learner will be able to achieve the following upon completing the course:
• Establish & maintain relationships with various types of service partners by sharing the organisation’s VMV, strategies, service standards, KPIs, industry knowledge and the partners’ roles & functions for service excellence enhancement
• Identify areas of improvement of service partnerships by assessing their performance, and implement continual improvements through the communication of continual improvements and their reasons for doing so to strength relationships with service partners
• Monitor service partners’ performance after obtaining feedback from them on improvements and implementing these improvements
