“This course focuses on acquiring skills and knowledge on designing, implementing and evaluating a framework-based service recovery toolbox with a long-term view to enhance touchpoints pertaining to product or service offerings, including customer experiences.
The learner will be able to achieve the following upon completing the course:
• Design the service recovery toolbox based on a framework through analysis of service challenges in order to address service delivery gaps
• Cascade the framework-based service recovery toolbox to internal and/or external stakeholders
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the framework-based service recovery toolbox in terms of strategies used
