Self-esteem might not be the truth of how we really are, but it’s based on the opinions and beliefs that we have about ourselves, whether we are worthy, how we accept or see ourselves. In this session, you will learn about what impacts your self-esteem, how self-esteem affects you, and ways to boost your self-esteem.
