“This course focuses on acquiring skills and knowledge on leading others in service, building customer centricity and improving team performances with a long-term view to enhance touchpoints pertaining to product or service offerings, including customer experiences.
The learner will be able to achieve the following upon completing the course:
• Recognise the characteristics, roles and responsibilities of a leader in operationalising the organisation’s vision, mission and values
• Promote a customer-centric environment to influence team to achieve service excellence using established methods and techniques
