About Course

“Where there is no vision, the people perish!” I am sure you have heard this phrase before. What does it mean? Organizations desire leaders who have a vision, who know what to do, when to do it, how to do it, how to lead their teams in a direction and purpose to achieve the organization’s goals. A leader who has vision, will develop the right knowledge, skills, and create the right culture so the right attitudes, flourish in their staff. Leaders who are vision-focused take a systematic and methodical approach. They understand their strengths and weakness and know the strengths and weakness of each staff. By knowing this it allows them to lead with unique impact and authentic pragmatism. One of the important keys in vision-focused leadership is for the leader to establish, and continuously build, trust with those they work with. It is only with trust that people will willing to venture out of their comfort zone and risk doing things differently. To learn and develop new skill-sets which will enable them as a team to perform better. To understand how they process things in their brain and therefore determine how to respond in behaviour. To understand the most powerful tool ‘Emotional Drivers’ what makes you or I do or say the things we do. To learn this tool to improve our leadership of self and others. To understand the best way to communicate with each staff, vendor or customer in order to improve their leadership effectiveness.

By the end of this workshop, the participants will be able to:
 Gain insights into their brain-processing how it impacts their leadership of others, and what they have to do to be effective leaders in their own right.
 Learn tools and techniques that will allow them to lead others to respond effectively, and systematically streamline them to the best solutions.
 Appreciate the need to be constantly building trust with others, and to do so with ease through their daily words, actions, and decisions.
 Learn what drives themselves and what drives others emotionally. To understand what buttons to push to get the actions or results you want to see.
