learn to identify the root of your conflicts, connect more profoundly, and truly begin to grow
closer.
You may wonder, how then do we bring these 5 Love Languages to the workplace – seems like
too lovey-dovey for work. Let’s take a look at the workplace, what exactly is the motivating
factor that builds relationships – do all of us want a pat on the back? Well, apparently not.
It turns out there are 5 languages of appreciation in the workplace.

People’ is a best-selling book, written by Gary Chapman and Paul White.
It’s reasonable to assume that receiving genuine appreciation has considerable benefits for
individuals! As an officer, you have the opportunity to provide that to your team members.

relationship.
This workshop aims to explore the different ways that people are programmed to express and
receive love and appreciation at work. The content of this workshop will be based on the The 5
Love Languages and ‘The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace: Empowering
Organizations by Encouraging People’. It will take you on an experiential journey of your
personal love language and explore how you can integrate this with the knowledge of your
team’s Love and Appreciation Language.
