Wear Long/Full Pants
Have Clean, Short, Trimmed, Natural Nails (No nailpolish, gelish or artificial nails)
Tie up Medium/Long Hair neatly
On completion of this unit, learners shall be able to apply the following at the workplace:
Assemble baking tools and equipment
Prepare ingredients for cake making
Prepare batter
Bake batter
Cool and store finished products
Reinstate work station in accordance with organisational procedures, food and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements”
